Telkomsat with the Telkom Groups Held the "Posko Siaga Natal 2019 dan Tahun Baru 2020"
Bogor - To anticipate the increase in national telecommunications traffic ahead of Christmas and the New Year, Telkomsat with the Telkom Groups held "Posko Telkom Group Siaga Natal 2019 & Tahun Baru 2020" which took place from December 23, 2019 to January 3, 2020.
The Posko activities were officially begun by checking Telkom Group network and infrastructure readiness simultaneously throughout Indonesia through the Video Conference (Vicon) facility which was led by Telkom Group Chief Technical Officer (CTO) - Zulhelfi Abidin in the Telkom Integrated Operation Center 2nd floor Graha Merah Putih, Jakarta.
In his direction, Zulhelfi appealed to post officers to be aware of natural disasters, considering that Indonesia is now entering the rainy season.
"The existence of these posko scattered throughout Indonesia is a form of Telkom's commitment in providing the best service to support the digital lifestyle of customers and the community, specifically meeting the communication needs that are predicted to continue to increase during the Christmas period 2019 and the New Year 2020," said Zulhelfi.
In this Kick Off Posko, Telkomsat was represented by Endi Fitri Herlianto, VP Network Operation - Ali Rusli, VP Service Delivery - Joko Sarwono, VP Satellite Operation - Mochamad Yazid Saktiono, and Senior Leaders Telkomsat.
Telkomsat has mobilized more than 400 experienced personnel to provide the best service to ensure customer satisfaction during Christmas and New Year.
