Telkomsat Wins Award in Forum Performansi Link IDR Period Q3-Q4 2019
Bandung - Telkomsat as the best satellite service provider in Indonesia with an award in the Forum Performansi Link IDR period held at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage Bandung, 20-21 February 2020.
Forum Performansi Link IDR is an activity that is routinely carried out by Telkom, Telkomsel and IDR Partners to evaluate performance achievements and operational discussions related to service improvement to customers.
The Telkom & Telkomsel 2019 Appreciation For Supporting Award won by Telkomsat, was delivered directly by Deputy EVP Managed Service Wholesale Service Telkom - Hadi Prakosa to Ali Rusli as VP of Telkomsat Network Operation, and attended by Telkomsat Operations Director - Endi Fitri Herlianto, GM SCPC, DSPC & RF 1 (OLO & GOV) Telkomsat - Ma'sum Patoni and several other Telkom Group Senior Leaders.
According to GM SCPC, DSPC & RF 1 (OLO & GOV) Telkomsat - Ma’sum Patoni, Telkomsat is committed to continuing to improve the best service to its customers by strengthening the Customer Service Skill that pays attention to several aspects. such as: consistency, interaction with customers and alerting technical support for 24 hours straight.
