Telkomsat Synergizes with Emtek Group
Bogor - On 7 July 2020, Emtek Group visited the Telkomsat office, represented by the Broadcast Support Manager - Rejo, and was accompanied by its staff. This visit was related to the synergy and direct monitoring of the Transponder service provided by Telkomsat to support Emtek Group's operational activities.
The event began with remarks by VP Satellite Operation Telkomsat - Mochamad Yazid Saktiono. In his remarks VP Satellite Operation welcomed the delegates and explained the functions of the Satellite Master Control Station.
Subsequently the presentation of material was continued by the GM Satellite Transponder & Carrier Service Center - Zigroseno Aswin. He explained about the satellites operated by Telkomsat, the range of services, to problem solving in the event of a disruption.
Emtek Group was given the opportunity to directly observe the satellite control room, customer care room to visit the VSAT antenna location located in the office yard.
