Telkomsat Participates in the CX Summit Virtual Exhibition 2021
On 6 - 10 December 2021, Telkomsat participated in the CX Summit virtual exhibition 2021 with the theme "Revive and Thrive Your Business by Transforming Customer Experience".
The theme chosen at the CX Summit 2021 illustrates the hope to return to enthusiasm and grow motivation to prepare for a better future after going through the pandemic for two years, so that it is expected to be able to revive the business economy by transforming customer experience and choosing more appropriate strategies.
At this event, Telkomsat had the opportunity to introduce various products and services, such as Transponder, Mangoesky, MCPC, and Satellite News Gathering. On this occasion, Telkomsat also presented its newest service, namely Telkomsat Indonesia AIS Data Provider. This service functions to monitor the movement of ships, which will help regulate shipping traffic, so that it is expected to be able to minimize the potential for ship accidents, violations and enforcement of Indonesia's maritime sovereignty.
In addition to the virtual exhibition, this event is also filled with virtual conferences with keynote speakers from Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Sandiaga Uno and Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs, Teten Masduki. In addition, speakers from abroad such as Jeremy Utley, Executive Director of Education at Stanford School who attended live from Silicon Valley, United States.
This Virtual Exhibition with a 3D concept and 360 degree view was able to bring in more than 4,000 visitors.
Through this event, it is hoped that it can be a motivation for Telkomsat to prepare a better future business growth strategy after going through the challenges and impacts of disruption.
