Telkomsat Organizes Posko RAFI 2023

Bogor, April 18th, 2023 - In anticipation of the peak of the Eid al-Fitr holiday and the mudik tradition, Telkomsat is committed to providing the best telecommunications services and network to all customers and the Indonesian public to create the best experience for customers.

To ensure the quality of service and the network remains excellent, Telkomsat together with other TelkomGroup companies is organizing the Posko Siaga Ramadan & Idul Fitri (RAFI) 2023. The official implementation of the post began with a simultaneous check of infrastructure network readiness in all regions of Indonesia via a Video Conference (vicon) led by CEO of TelkomGroup - Ririek Adriansyah.

In his remarks, TelkomGroup CEO Ririek Adriansyah expressed his appreciation to all employees and reminded sectors that need attention and monitoring during the Eid holiday. One of them is the banking sector, especially Bank Indonesia, considering the increasing banking transaction traffic during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr.

"This year's mudik is expected to grow rapidly, and  opening of several new toll roads to prevent congestion. We need to anticipate the network in these new areas so that people can still enjoy unlimited connectivity," said Ririek.

In addition, Telkomsat was represented by CEO Lukman Hakim Abd. Rauf, CDO Anggoro Kurnianto Widiawan, VP Network Operation Joko Sarwono, JVP Service Delivery Hairul, and senior leaders from Telkomsat during the RAFI Vicon.

Throughout the RAFI Post (April 18 - May 2, 2023), Telkomsat has deployed more than 400 experienced personnel to provide the best service to ensure customer satisfaction during Eid al-Fitr.
