Telkomsat Organizes Leader’s Talk Value: Let’s Keep Going
Bogor, September 26, 2023 - Closing the third quarter (Q3) of 2023, Telkomsat held the Leader’s Talk Value event themed Let’s Keep Going. This theme was chosen in hopes of keeping employees motivated to continue their hard work in achieving the targets and commitments set for 2023.
The event was conducted in a hybrid format and centered at the Satellite Master Control Station Telkomsat, Klapanunggal. It was attended by the entire Board of Directors (BOD), Senior Leaders, and all Telkomsat employees spread across Indonesia.
The event started with the screening of a kaleidoscope video of Telkomsat's activities throughout Q3 2023. The video aimed to serve as material for evaluation and to boost employee morale to stay productive and contribute maximally towards the end of 2023. It was followed by the Leaders Talk Value by the President Director of Telkomsat.
In his presentation, he discussed the global market for satellite services, the future of satellite-based connectivity, and Telkomsat’s achievements up to Q3 2023. Furthermore, he talked about "How To Lead The Game," highlighting the importance of innovation, divided into two sub-topics: Type of Innovation and The Way of Innovation.
Concluding his presentation, the CEO of Telkomsat shared a motivational quote, “Sincerity and hard work will lead to great achievements”. This quote is a motivational message teaching that through hard work and a sincere heart for dedication, an individual or an organization can achieve great and meaningful accomplishments.
The event continued with the Kick off Digital Transformation session for Telkomsat, marked by the signing of a commitment by the Telkomsat BOD towards digital transformation. This commitment aims to support the Digital Transformation program at Telkomsat, which is expected to drive Telkomsat’s exponential growth in the future.
