Telkomsat Launches MyTelkomsat New Version & StarSpace as Digital Touch Points for Customers

Bogor - Telkomsat, one of the satellite-based telecommunications service providers in Indonesia, has launched its latest application called MyTelkomsat and StarSpace. The application was introduced to Telkomsat employees by GM Information Technology, Nugroho Wibisono, on April 10, 2023.

MyTelkomsat is designed as a Digital Touch Point for customers/prospective customers who want to obtain information about products and services and access various Telkomsat applications such as Mangoesky, AIS, VIS, and TOMS. The application will be an integrated one-stop app that facilitates customers in accessing product information, service purchase processes, and online product monitoring through their smartphones.

Meanwhile, StarSpace is an application that supports sales and device monitoring, specifically for Star Family or Telkomsat's internet connection services based on the Starlink antenna.

MyTelkomsat offers various features designed to meet customer needs, such as:

1. Displaying product information: Customers can easily access the latest information about products and services offered by Telkomsat, allowing them to make better decisions in choosing services that suit their needs.
2. Displaying solution information: Customers can easily access the solutions offered by Telkomsat. This solution also shows the clients who have been served by Telkomsat.
3. Displaying the latest news from Telkomsat: Customers can see the latest news released by Telkomsat.
4. Providing communication channels for customers and the general public: Customers are provided with communication channels such as telephone, email, social media contacts, and office addresses. This facilitates customers in contacting Telkomsat.

After its release on April 10, 2023, MyTelkomsat is expected to become a One Stop Mobile Application that will unite various Telkomsat applications such as MyMangoesky, which will be migrated to MyTelkomsat in early June 2023, VIS and AIS applications in October 2023, and TOMS will be migrated in December 2023.
