Telkomsat Introduces Products & Services in Eastern Indonesia
Sorong - Telkomsat through various digital connectivity services supports the acceleration of digitalization in various sectors including for agencies, corporations, government to retail by continuing to strive to provide the best solutions through various services that are presented to make it easier for the community.
On 23 - 24 March 2022, Telkomsat participated in an exhibition entitled "Digital Business Roadshow" which was held in Sorong, Papua. Telkomsat on this occasion presented various superior products and services, such as VSAT Broadband, TSATZone, and Mangoesky. These three products are pioneers of internet access in rural areas or 3T.
In the exhibition which was followed by product socialization, also present were: Director of Digital Business Telkom - Muhamad Fajrin Rasyid, GM Regional Sales Telkomsat - Zigroseno Aswin Wardhana and Account Managers of Telkomsat.
On this occasion, Muhamad Fajrin Rasyid expressed his gratitude for the good response from the Sorong City Government for Telkom's initiative through various digital products and services. “We are grateful for the welcome given. Recently we also strengthened internet services with satellite services through Mangoesky, VSAT IP, VSAT IP Broadband, and TSAT Zone by Telkomsat. In our opinion, Telkomsat services are suitable for the West Papua region," he said.
The same thing was expressed by GM Sales Regional of Telkomsat - Zigroseno Aswin Wardhana, "With the technological resources we have, Telkomsat will continue to contribute to providing the best for Papua and all Indonesian people. We are optimistic that this step will support economic growth in Indonesia and to accelerate the realization of national digital sovereignty, "
In terms of infrastructure, Telkomsat is one of the providers of satellite-based networks from upstream to downstream that can contribute to the development of national telecommunications infrastructure. Telkomsat currently operates two satellites, namely the Telkom-3S satellite and Merah Putih Satellite and operates more than tens of thousands of remotes throughout Indonesia for the betterment of the nation.
