Telkomsat Holds RAPIM Q1 2023
Bogor - Indonesia's leading satellite-based telecommunications company, Telkomsat, held a RAPIM on March 1-2, 2023 in Bogor. With the theme "Endeavor to Go Beyond Towards New Frontier With Strengthening Collaboration and Harmony" it is expected to motivate all Senior Leaders to work harder, do their best and collaborate to achieve the company's targets for Telkomsat's continued success.
This RAPIM was attended by the CEO of Telkomsat - Lukman Hakim Abd. Rauf, CDO of Telkomsat - Anggoro Kurnianto Widiawan, CMO of Telkomsat - Andri Yunianto, CFRO of Telkomsat - Rizal Ahmad Fauzi, and Senior Leaders Telkomsat, this event began with the reading of a Retirement Decree (SK) to one of the Senior Leaders Telkomsat, Mohamad Ramdan, who is entering retirement age. The Purna Bakti Decree was submitted directly by the CEO of Telkomsat Lukman Hakim Abd. Rauf.
To motivate the Senior Leaders so that everyone can be active and work together to achieve targets, the company presents a motivator, Jamil Azzaini. In his presentation, he emphasized that the participants should be more prepared and optimistic in facing the increasingly challenging challenges ahead "To win in the Exponential Era, we need Exponential Leaders who are able to garner support and make breakthroughs that generate large revenue , save cost and accelerate profit as well as give multiple benefits to all stakeholders”.
After listening to Jamil Azzaini's presentation, the next event was a briefing and inspiration delivered by CEO of Telkomsat. On this occasion, Lukman presented the achievements and lessons learned in 2022, the RKAP & Work Program for 2023, Management Scenarios, and ended with the presentation of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
During the RAPIM, Telkomsat also conducted fundraising through the Telkomsat Berbagi program. This is expected to foster a spirit of sharing and social concern among the Senior Leaders, which is hoped to bring blessings to the company in the future. The funds raised will be used for Telkomsat Berbagi programs such as the Tali Kasih Program, Natural Disaster Aid, Free Internet in Rural Areas, and other programs.
At the end of the event, a joint commitment was signed by the BOD and Telkomsat Senior Leaders. This signing is a form of joint commitment to achieve the target "Stretch The Goal for Year 2023".
