Telkomsat Held Commander Call Q1 2022: Optimistic to Produce the Best Performance in 2022
Bogor, January 11, 2022 — Telkomsat held a Command Call Q1 2022 event with the theme “Ignite The Future and Drift to The New Horizons”. This theme means that the hope of all employees can emulate the Company's success that has been achieved, enthusiasm in carrying out plans for strategic projects and achieve other successes for a more advanced Telkomsat.
The Commander Call activity was held virtually and centered at the Satellite Transmission Master Control Station. This event was also attended by all BOD, Senior Leaders, and Telkomsat Employees. In addition, this Commander Call is different from the usual and feels more special, because this event was also attended by Rama Pratama as Telkomsat Commissioner.
The event started with a video kaleideskop Telkomsat in 2021. With this video, it is hoped that it can be used as evaluation material and trigger the enthusiasm of employees to remain productive and contribute optimally even in the Covid-19 pandemic.

Before the Commander Call by the CEO of Telkomsat. The employees had the opportunity to hear remarks from Rama Pratama as Commissioner of Telkomsat. In his remarks, he wished a Happy New Year 2022 to all Telkomsat management and employees, and appreciated the performance of employees who played an important role in the success of the transformation so that Telkomsat could achieve good achievements in 2021.
In addition, he also hopes that all Telkomsat employees and management can continue to innovate in a sustainable manner, to be able to adapt to the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) era.
At the end of his speech, he reminded all management and employees of Telkomsat to always ensure that ethics and Good Corporate Governance (CGC) can run well. The implementation of GCG is a necessity for Telkomsat in an effort to improve good performance, as well as to be in the interest of existing stakeholders.

The next event was Commander Call by CEO of Telkomsat, Endi Fitri Herlianto. Starting his speech, he reminded all Telkomsat employees to always prioritize health protocols wherever they are, and hoped that all employees would always implement a healthy life.
In addition, he also explained the achievement of Telkomsat's performance in 2021, Telkomsat's big plan in 2022, future business development trends and ending with culture values in securing the company's strategic targets.
“The trend of business development in the future is that all products and services are almost the same, which differentiates one company from another, namely good service quality. Therefore, it is hoped that all of us will always maintain good service and always be close to customers," said Endi.
At the end of his speech, he reminded all employees to always implement the Core Values of AKHLAK (Trust, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, Collaborative) at work. To face business in 2022, Telkomsat people must always adopt of Core Values AKHLAK. "All Telkomsat people always have spirit, enthusiasm, care and egalitarian nature," Endi said.
By holding this Commander Call event, Telkomsat can maintain and improve its achievements in 2022, and so that in the future Telkomsat will be increasingly considered for its work in the Satellite Industry and of course contribute maximally to Indonesia.
