Election for The Best Employee Telkomsat 2020
In order to find the best talent that can become a role model and motivate employees to always improve work productivity and provide value for the company so that Telkomsat can become a leader in satellite-based digital services that are superior to Indonesia and the world.
From February 24 to March 13, 2020 Telkomsat held an audition selection for The Best Employee Telkomsat 2020 which was participated by the employees.
After going through several stages of judging such as the selection of candidates from each Unit by Unit leaders, polling by all employees to select the best candidates until the presentation in front of Telkomsat Management, the winners in each category have been selected as follows:
a. Category I (BP III) was won by Sinai Handayani (AVP Corporate Communication & Office Support) and Nugroho Wibisono (GM IT Development).
b. Category II (BP IV) was won by Muhammad Ridwan (Senior Account Manager for Maritime, Oil & Gas, Aviation & Natural Resources) and Angga Risnando (Senior Officer Corporate Strategy).
c. Category III (BP V) was won by Lutfi Jamil Setiawan (Officer 1 Spectrum Planning & Mgt) and I Gusti Putu Wisnawa (Junior Expert Performance Management).
d. Category IV (BP VI & VII) was won by Rahyanditya Ilham (Officer 2 Capacity Management) and Nor Rahman Hidayat (Junior Engineer Satellite Execution).
The award was given directly by PLT Managing Director of Telkomsat, Andy Revara on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at the Telkomsat office building Telkom Landmark Tower 21st Floor, Jakarta. The winner of this audition will be included in the Telkom Group level selection.
