Director of MTA TV visits Telkomsat

As an implementation of the CEO's direction and as a manifestation of the Customer Focus, Telkomsat received a visit from the Director of MTA TV - Sutikno to the Satellite Transmission Control Station, on Wednesday (2/2). The visit of the Director of MTA TV was welcomed by the VP Other License Operator Service - Hendra Gunawan and assisted by the relevant Account Manager.
The purpose of this visit is as an appreciation from MTA TV for Telkomsat's good response in providing solutions when there is a disturbance in the MTA TV uplink system in Solo. MTA TV is one of Telkomsat's loyal customers who started subscribing to satellite transponder rental since 2014.
The visit was carried out according to health protocols. Before coming to the Satellite Transmission Control Station of Telkomsat, the Director of MTA held an antigen swab at the nearest health center. With this appreciation, it raises the spirit of Telkomsat to continue to provide the best for customers.
