Telkomsat together with Telkom Groups Holds Posko Siaga RAFI 2019
Bogor - To increasing telecommunication service needs during the Eid Al-Fitr 1440 H, Telkomsat with other Telkom Group subsidiaries held Posko Siaga Ramadhan & Eid Al-Fitr (RAFI) which took place from 29 May to 13 June 2019. Official operations post starting with checking the readiness of Telkom's network and infrastructure simultaneously throughout Indonesia via video conference (VICON).
According to the Chief Technology Officer of Telkomsat - Endi Fitri Herlianto, Telkomsat is obliged to maintain services to customers for 24 hours. He also hopes that through this Posko Siaga RAFI if there is a disturbance on the Hari Raya, it can be handled properly.
The Telkomsat Command Post was run by experienced and trained Human Resources (HR) to always maintain excellent service for customers during the Eid Al-Fitr.
