Depok - As a form of social responsibility in building harmonious relations with the surrounding community, Telkomsat participated in a mass circumcision activity organized by the Tahfidz Riyadhul Qur'an House, on December 22, 2019.

This activity was carried out in the hall of the Ibn Umar Madrasah Foundation and was attended by more than 30 children ranging in age from 1 to 13 years, spread in three villages around the foundation.

Before the circumcision process begins, participants play a video about the launch of Telkom 2 Satellite, Telkom 3S and Telkom 4 (Merah Putih  Satellite). It aims to introduce the world of telecommunications to children and provide the widest possible information in order to open up the horizon of understanding satellite technology.

After the satellite launch video was played, participants one by one entered a special room to carry out a circumcision procession accompanied by parents and guardians.

In addition to getting free circumcision services by medical staff, participants also received souvenirs, medicines and a free post-circumcision consultation.

Through activities like this, Telkomsat hopes its existence can benefit the welfare of the surrounding community and strengthen the company's positive image.
