National Customer Day, Telkomsat Is Committed To Continue To Provide Quality Service

Jakarta - In welcoming National Customer Day which is commemorated every September 4, Telkomsat Directors conduct customer visits to give direct appreciation to customers as well as an expression of gratitude, friendship and commitment to customers who have entrusted Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions for  this to Telkomsat.

In addition, this visit also aims to listen to the expectations of customers regarding the services provided by Telkomsat so far and their hopes in the future by utilizing the potential resources of each party.

Marking the visit on the first day, the President Director of Telkomsat - Endi Fitri Herlianto made a virtual visit with Indosat customers and the Commercial Director of Telkomsat - Puguh Indaryono made a direct visit to Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI).

During the visit, the Board of Directors of Telkomsat conveyed Telkomsat's commitment to supporting its customer operations through various digital solutions and hoped that this collaboration would continue and in the end it would benefit the national interest.

On the second day, the President Director and Commercial Director of Telkomsat visited Tangara Mitrakom and PT Pelni which are located in Jakarta.  During his visit, the Board of Directors said that Telkomsat will always provide the best service for Tangara Mitrakom and PT Pelni so that they can provide the best service to their respective customers.

It is expected that good relations with customers will always be maintained because Telkomsat believes that customers are the biggest and most important asset for the company's survival.
